This RMA number ensures that your return will be checked into our system and processed properly. If you send it back without pre-authorization, your package may be lost. All RMA requests without RMA numbers will not be processed.

Manufacturer's Warranty items are covered only by the manufacturer (DOA 7 Day)
"As Is" items have no warranty, and are non-refundable and non-replaceable
ClaimThis will issue only replacements for defective items that are within the
warranty period, No Refunds. (exceptions do apply)
Return shipping costs(as stated in the item listing) will be at customer's expense except in the case of a defective item or our error. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
Items being returned must be in original packaging with all disks, manuals, registration cards, etc.
RMA forms partially filled out or without detailed description of the problem may delay your return
Any required information you do not have(such as invoice number or SKU) please fill in the blank with N/A. Do not leave any required fields blank or the form will not submit
Physical Damages to unit during return transit voids any warranties. Insurance for all packages is recommended.
